The Accounting Department of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at the University of Riau held a departmental meeting to prepare for the 2023/2024 even semester classes. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Emrinaldi Nur DP, SE., M.Si., Ak., CA, the Head of the Accounting Department, along with the department secretary, Dr. Poppy Nurmayanti M., SE., M.Si., Ak. This event was attended by all lecturers in the Accounting Department of FEB, University of Riau, on January 26, 2024.
The discussions in this meeting revolved around programs and challenges faced by all study programs within the Accounting Department of FEB, University of Riau. The Accounting Department has five study programs: the Bachelor's degree in Accounting, the Associate's degree in Accounting, the Associate's degree in Taxation, the Professional Accounting program, and the Master's degree in Accounting.
Departmental meetings are a regular agenda held each semester within FEB, University of Riau. In this meeting, all academic staff engaged in an open dialogue to exchange ideas about the challenges faced in the previous semester. All issues or challenges were conveyed to the leadership for further discussion. It is hoped that this meeting can build a good and harmonious synergy among all academic staff in the Accounting Department of FEB, University of Riau.
